1. Purpose of the Donation

Happy Food Forest / Egelund Madskov is a project dedicated to creating a syntropic food forest that combines local food production with biodiversity. The goal is to establish a 10-hectare pilot area that will expand to 100 hectares, serving as a model for sustainable agriculture and forestry in the Aarhus Municipality. Your donation supports this vision and helps fund the establishment and maintenance of this food forest, including planting fruit trees, berry bushes, nuts, and vegetables, and promoting the health of the soil and local ecosystem.

2. Nature of the Donation

All contributions to Happy Food Forest / Egelund Madskov are considered voluntary donations. By donating, you understand and agree that your contribution is a gift and does not constitute a purchase of goods or services. You will not receive any tangible products, goods, or direct financial returns in exchange for your donation. Your support is a charitable contribution to the project's mission.

3. Use of Funds

Your donation will be used solely for the development, operation, and promotion of the Happy Food Forest / Egelund Madskov project. This includes, but is not limited to, costs associated with:

• Land preparation and planting

• Acquisition of trees, plants, and seeds

• Maintenance and care of the food forest

• Educational and public outreach initiatives

• Operational expenses necessary to run the project

4. Donations are Non-Refundable

All donations are final and non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds once a donation has been processed. Please ensure you have considered your decision to donate carefully.
